February is American Heart Month

I’m a huge advocate of the work of the American Heart Association and the impact has on our communities.

This month is heart month and a terrific time to learn the facts and choose to make a difference in your health and the communities we live in. The fact below that while we almost all agree it is important, a full 1/3 of us aren’t taking the steps needed to live a healthier life.

I found this Cleveland Clinic infographic to be extremely informative and frankly I believed some of these myths. I hope this is useful for you as well!
